Interpretation
Words with capitalised first letters have the meanings defined below. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.
Definitions
- Application means the software program named Mantra, provided by the Company and downloaded by You on any electronic device.
- Application Store means the digital distribution service (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) from which the Application was downloaded.
- Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other voting securities.
- Country/State refers to Maharashtra, India.
- Company ("the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Mantra.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone or tablet.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Terms and Conditions ("Terms") means these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Third-Party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that is displayed, included, made available or linked to through the Service.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is using the Service.
02Acknowledgment
These Terms govern the use of the Service and the agreement between You and the Company. They set out the rights and obligations of all users of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of these Terms, which apply to all visitors, users and others who use the Service. By using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of them, You may not use the Service.
You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including advertisements, that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies or practices, and shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by Your use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services.

Third-Party Social Media Services
The Service may display or link to content from Third-Party Social Media Services. The Company does not endorse or assume responsibility for them, and Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
04Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
05Limitation of liability
The entire liability of the Company and its suppliers under these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service, or 100 USD if You have not purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury or loss of privacy) arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some states do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to You. In such cases, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
06"As is" and "as available" disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, licensors and service providers, disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
The Company makes no warranty or representation that:
- the Service will meet Your requirements or achieve any intended results;
- the Service will be compatible with other software or systems, or operate without interruption or errors;
- any information or content provided through the Service is accurate, reliable or current;
- the Service or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to You. In that case, they will be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
07Governing law & disputes
The laws of Maharashtra, India, excluding its conflict of law rules, govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national or international laws.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us.
08Severability & waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Waiver
Failing to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms does not affect a party's ability to do so later, and waiving a breach does not waive any later breach.
09Translation
If these Terms are translated, the original English text shall prevail in case of a dispute.
10Changes to these terms
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, You agree to the revised terms. If You do not agree, please stop using the Service.
